I was a "foodie" even before that name existed! My earliest food memories are of me as a toddler standing on a stool next to the kitchen table helping my mum make a cake! That was around 65 years ago!

Since then, so much has changed, but not, my passion for food!

My 50 year career in hospitality has awarded me a wealth of experience. At the heart of it has always been my love of food and on this site I want to share some of that passion with you.
